Hyderabad Students develop Android based 'Ave' Tablet

Ave 7″ Tablet on Android 2.3 Developed by Hyderabad Students.

Two first year Engineering students  Sareddy Chiman Prakash and another teen, Nikhil  have developed  an Android 2.3 powered tablet.  

It was launched by AP information technology and communications Minister.  The tablet 'Ave' is being offered for a low price of Rs.12,999.  The tablet developed by these students will be manufactured by a UK based company called Sareddy Technologies which is a company owned by Prakash's father.

The new tablet 'Ave' is powered by Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and has a 7-inch display.  The tablet also supports Micro SD cards upto 32 GB and has a built in memory of 8 GB.
