Fly mobile is launching four new Android handsets in India

There is a lot of demand for Android phones and it is rising day by day across the world and India is no exception.  Many of the mobile phone manufacturers are coming with new models of Android handsets to enter into the Android market.  The UK based company "Fly" has recently announced its plan to launch four Android based handsets in India.  The price of these Android handsets would be between Rs.7,000 to Rs.10,000.   All these four handsets would be equipped with  5 Mega Pixels camera and run on Android 2.2 (Froyo).

The prices of these new handsets seem to be reasonable and Fly has put emphasis on video and multimedia capabilities on these phones.  These mobiles are planned to be released in the third quarter of 2011.  The Android mobiles from other manufacturers like Nokia, Samsung are quite expensive and Fly is trying to offer these mobiles at a lower prices.

So Fly mobile will be competing with Micromax and Olive Telecom who are offering Android mobiles at cheaper rates.  At present the Micromax Andro A60 is the cheapest Android mobile in India which is costing around Rs.6,500.
